All products are specialty hardware items produced in small batches or made to order. Many items are prepared or assembled specifically for each order to ensure quality and precision.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or order cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product details carefully before completing your purchase, including product descriptions, Specifications, compatibility, and included or not-included components.

Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, refunds, or order cancellations for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind
  • Personal preference
  • Ordering the wrong product
  • Incorrect configuration or option selection
  • Compatibility misunderstandings
  • Misinterpretation of product descriptions or specifications

Production or order preparation may begin shortly after purchase. Once started, items cannot be restocked or resold.

For this reason, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.


Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for verifying the following before placing an order:

  • Product compatibility
  • Dimensions and specifications
  • Included components
  • Installation requirements

Ryu’s Choice is not responsible for issues resulting from incorrect product selection, compatibility misunderstandings, or installation errors.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Email support@ryuschoice.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After verification, we will provide a replacement or appropriate solution at no additional cost.

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement.


Shipping Issues

Ryu’s Choice is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Customs processing
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation disruptions

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You have read and accepted this Refund Policy
  • You understand that products may be made to order or prepared specifically for your order
  • Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not accepted once an order is placed

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for reasons covered under this policy may be considered a violation of these terms.
