Q: Does the case include a joystick, buttons, or PCB?
A: No. This listing is for the case only. Joystick lever, main action buttons, PCB, and wiring are not included.
Q: Are any parts included with the case?
A: Yes. The case comes pre-assembled with three top-mounted black buttons, the detachable USB port board, the printed skin, and the acrylic panel already installed. A 1 ft USB B-A cable is also included in the package to connect the internal PCB to the USB port board.
Q: Is this case beginner-friendly for a first custom build?
A: The case is designed to allow straightforward installation of standard arcade parts. Basic familiarity with arcade builds is recommended.
Q: Will my parts fit this case?
A: Please review the Case Specifications section for button size, lever compatibility, and internal dimensions before purchasing.
Q: Are the product photos actual photos of the item?
A: Yes. All product photos are taken in-house and show the actual product prepared and photographed by Ryu’s Choice.
Q: Are the cases ready to use out of the box?
A: No. Assembly and installation of your own joystick, buttons, and PCB are required.
Q: Are the cases compatible with all PCBs?
A: Most common fightstick PCBs can be installed, as there are mounting screw holes inside the case.
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Most orders will be delivered between 3-12 business days.
Q: Where are the cases manufactured?
A: All cases are produced and assembled in Korea and shipped directly from Korea.
Q: Do you offer refunds or returns?
A: Because each case is made to order, returns may be limited. Please review the Refund Policy before purchasing.
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
A: Order changes or cancellations may be possible before production begins. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Q: Will the case color or finish vary slightly?
A: Minor variations in color tone, texture, or small molding marks may occur as part of the manufacturing process. These do not affect function or durability.
Q: Do weld lines or small marks affect the case?
A: No. Weld lines are a normal result of the plastic molding process and do not affect durability, performance, or usability.
Q: What tools are required to complete a build?
A: Basic tools such as a screwdriver and wiring tools are typically required to install joystick, buttons, and PCB components.
